I. INTRODUCTION

The following document is a brief inspection checklist prepared in 2007 to be utilized in FLS' inspections of on-campus buildings.  This checklist is meant to serve as a guide for FLS employees and trained inspectors.  Please note that this checklist is not all-encompassing.
