Maintenance: A work request that involves maintenance or general upkeep of a building. It restores the building or facility to its prior condition.
Service: A work request for work does not involve maintenance of a building. This work aids the customer and maintains or repairs customers equipment. This work is subject to a charge.
Projects: A project specifically changes space or function of the area. Work is charged to the department.
