Work Request Process:
Generally all request for maintenance services should go through the designated Building Proctor (emergencies excluded). Requesters should check their respective departmental policies on authorization to request fabrication or remodeling services. Work request forms are available by contacting the Service Desk at (303) 492-5522. Work requests can be submitted, 24 hours a day, everyday of the year, in the following ways:
Important Note: Building proctors should submit all work requests to the Service Desk rather than calling Supervisors, Managers or the Director. Cooperation with this requirement will greatly facilitate the collection, processing and dispatch of the information required to efficiently respond to work requests in a timely and accurate manner.
