Capital Construction Request Form (Form CC-C)

Description:

A State of Colorado mandated form used to request capital construction funds or spending authority for cash funded projects.  Forms are submitted to CCHE, then the Capital Development Committee for use in staff reports.  The forms briefly summarize the program plan, though frequently require re-formating of the information.

Notes:

1)  CC-C forms are due to CCHE On July 15 of each year.  Expedited projects may be submitted at any time of year.
