Capital Planning Committee (CPC)

Description:

A committee of the whole of the Board of Regents that deals with capital development issues.

Notes:

1)  This committee meets quarterly and proper scheduling is required to maintain approval sequence.

2)  Projects seeking formal approval must be announced at least 30 days in advance of the Bopard of Regent's meeting that they are seeking approval.  Most projects come before the CPC in May of the year they will be seeking funding.
