Description:

Cash Funds -- Exempt are those funds derived from grants, donations, damage awards, transfers of funds from other state departments, revenues from designated eneterprise functions (student housing, dining, bookstore, student union, etc.) and from sales of university property ( where provisions exist to not require the funds to revert to the General Fund). 

Notes:

1)  The university subjects most of its revenue to the TABOR limitaitions through the normal budgeting process.  Thus most projects are constucted using CFE monies.

2)  Internal campus charges may be charged to this source of funds.
