Cash Funds

Description:

This source of funding consists of revenues that come primarily from tuition, fees and other earmarked funds collected by state departments:

Notes:

1)  The university generally subjects all tuition and fees to TABOR limitations through the anual budget process.  This has the effect of making these funding sources exempt from further TABOR restrictions.  See Cash Funds -- Exempt.
