Any funds received directly from the Federal government; includes categorical grants or block grants not necessarily available for uses outside of those specified in the grant award.

Notes:

1)  ICR monies are not Federal Funds.  They are university funds (CFE) that are then reimbursed in part by the Federal government.

2)  Use of Federal Funds requires that the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) be used to provide access to people with disabilities in lieu of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Guidelines
