This page contains information related to the University of Colorado at Boulder's proposed Renovation of Ekeley Sciences Middle Wing teaching classrooms.  Firms interested in providing consulting services have requested information contained in this document. It will be maintained until November 29, 2007, when final selection by the Board of Regents is complete.

PLEASE NOTE :  The non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting, listed on page 6 of the Information Packet, was held at Ekeley Sciences Building, Room W165/166 on the CU Boulder Main Campus.

Short List
The selection committee reviewed the qualifications submitted for this project on October 3, 2007. Firms were interviewed on Wednesday, October 10,  2007.  Firms interviewed:

•    ABO / Pelsue Architecture
•    FWA Group Architects
•    HDR Architecture, Inc.

Recommendation
The Selection Committee is charged with creating a ranked list of the top three candidates for this project.  At the conclusion of interviews, a ranked order recommendation is created.  The order is:

•   ABO Group / Pelsue Architecture
•   HDR Architects
•   FWA Group

The Selection Committee's recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Regents for approval at their   November 29, 2007 meeting.  Upon approval, a contract will be negotiated with the first most qualified firm.  If negotiations are not successful, the University will enter into negotiations with the second most qualified firm and so on until a reasonable fee can be negotiated.
