This page contains information related to the University of Colorado at Boulder's proposed North South Bikeway Improvements.   Firms interested in providing consulting services may receive information about the project on this web site.  It will be maintained until March 27, 2008, when final selection by the Board of Regents is complete.

PLEASE NOTE:  The non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting listed on page 5 of the Information Packet, will be held at  Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Tuesday, January 29, 2008, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Short List
The selection committee will review the qualifications submitted for this project on February 13, 2008. Firms to be interviewed on Tuesday, February 19,  2008:

    •     Loris & Associates Inc.
    •     Martin / Martin Consulting Engineers
    •     Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness Consulting Engineers

Recommendation
The Selection Committee is charged with creating a ranked list of the top three candidates for this project.  At the conclusion of interviews, a ranked order recommendation is created. 

    1. Tsiouvaras Simmons Holderness Consulting Engineers
    2. Loris & Associates, Inc.
    3. Martin / Martin Consulting Engineers

The Selection Committee's recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Regents for approval at their   March 27, 2008, meeting.  Upon approval, a contract will be negotiated with the first most qualified firm.  If negotiations are not successful, the University will enter into negotiations with the second most qualified firm and so on until a reasonable fee can be negotiated.
