The program plan is currently circulating to review committees that will make recommendations regarding the project to the Chancellor and Board of Regents. Frequently Asked Questions Information about the Project Firms interested in being the prime consultant for this project should
familiarize themselves with the State of Colorado contract for Architects
and Engineers (CMGC process). The contract can be viewed at the State
Buildings web site, or by clicking on the link below. The agreement should
be considered a DRAFT and some modifications to meet university requirements
(e.g. condition precedent clause) will be included. Submittal Lists The Short List
The Recommendation 1. Davis Partnership The Selection Committee's recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Regents for approval at their November 3, 2005, meeting. Upon approval, a contract will be negotiated with the first most qualified firm. If negotiations are not successful, the university will enter into negotiations with second most qualified firm and so on until a reasonable fee can be negotiated.
